Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel contracts, exercise statutory rights, and return GreenVascura or other products bought from dhorxellvorx.world. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and consumer status
Most protective rules apply when you are a consumer purchasing remotely. Business purchasers should review any separate agreement; where silent, Swedish sale law may limit voluntary goodwill returns.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you normally have fourteen calendar days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is satisfied if you send your communication before it expires.
Exceptions: Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be withdrawn if unsealed after delivery, when such a seal exists on food supplements. If the seal is intact and the product can be resold safely, withdrawal remains available. Customised or clearly personalised items are also exempt. Digital content delivered with consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal is exempt where applicable.
3. How to notify withdrawal
Send a clear statement to help@dhorxellvorx.world or by post to Centralplan 15, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden. Include your name, address, order number, product name, and decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below but it is not obligatory.

4. Returning goods after withdrawal
Unless we offer to collect, send the goods to the address we provide within fourteen days from the day you communicated withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless we state otherwise or the item was not as ordered. Use outer packaging that prevents damage. Obtain proof of posting or tracked service. We may reduce the refund if handling diminishes the value beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Refund timing and method
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs charged with the standard option, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from when we receive the returned goods or evidence that you shipped them, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; you do not incur fees beyond those inherent to the instrument. If you chose a non-standard shipping upgrade, only standard costs are reimbursed alongside the product price.
6. Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time with photos of the parcel and product. We arrange return labels where appropriate and provide replacement, repair if feasible, or refund in line with consumer conformity rules. These remedies exist alongside the withdrawal right where applicable.
7. Batch recalls or safety notices
If a competent authority requires a recall or we voluntarily withdraw a batch, we publish instructions on the site and email affected customers. Refunds or replacements are provided without charging return shipping.
8. Non-returnable situations summary
- Opened seals on hygiene-sensitive supplements when return would compromise safety.
- Goods consumed entirely or rendered unsellable by use beyond inspection.
- Perishable items if any are introduced later to the assortment.
- Items lost after risk passed to you due to incorrect address data you supplied.
9. Commercial (B2B) returns
Unless a separate written policy applies, B2B sales are final after delivery acceptance. We may accept returns as a courtesy subject to restocking fees stated in advance.
10. Warranty and complaints
Statutory conformity rights are time-limited by national rules. For Sweden, consumers generally have three years to invoke defects that existed at delivery, subject to presumption periods. Document issues promptly to preserve evidence.
11. Environmental information
Please recycle cardboard and glass according to local rules. Do not flush unused supplements; dispose as municipal solid waste guidance recommends.
12. Dispute resolution
Consumers may refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or equivalent body in their country. We participate in good faith where required.
13. Policy updates
Changes reflect legal updates or operational improvements. The effective date will change and significant revisions will be highlighted.
14. Partial returns
If you ordered multiple items and only part is eligible for withdrawal, we refund the eligible items proportionally once received and inspected.
15. Gift orders
If the product was sent as a gift with your payment method, refunds return to the original payer unless legally required otherwise and fraud checks pass.
16. Subscription or auto-ship programmes
Should recurring shipments be introduced, each shipment's withdrawal window runs from receipt of that parcel unless you cancel future shipments before preparation, in which case no charge applies to those future units.
17. Chargebacks
Initiating a card chargeback without first allowing us to remedy issues may delay investigation. We supply evidence to acquirers when returns were not authorised or goods were delivered as agreed.
18. Proof of purchase
Retain order confirmations and tracking links. We can often locate orders via email but additional verification may be requested to protect your account.
19. Customs and refused parcels
If a parcel is refused at import and returned to us intact, we treat it as a withdrawal or cancellation according to the timeline and may deduct reasonable return shipping if charged by carriers.
20. Goodwill policy
Beyond legal minima, we may offer exchanges for sizing or packaging issues unrelated to defects; any such offers are discretionary and time-limited when published on the site.
